Please join us at Pilgrim Church for Children’s Sunday School (for ages 5 & up) led by Jessica Peoples every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. All Sunday School lessons for the next 1st and 3rd Sundays have been adopted from the devotional book titled “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young. Light snacks will be provided. August 5 (pg. 14) – “Expect Surprises!!!” – activity will involve students getting a Back to School Surprise
August 19 (pg. 330) -“Measuring Your Day” – activity will involve the kids using measuring sticks and tape measures
September 2 (pg. 88) – “No Grumbling Please” – activity will include kids participating in a skit where they are the parent!
September 16 (pg. 145) – “Puzzle Pieces” – activity will include completing a puzzle
October 7 (pg. 322) – “Count It As Garbage” – activity will include GARBAGE!
October 21 (pg. 67) -“Worry Worms” – Special animal guest will include a visit from the Glo-Dog and lots of gummy worms!
*Note: For children who do not want to actively participate in scheduled activities, an alternative activity will be provided.
